Returns & Exchanges

At The Tiger Sports Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. Please note that customized items and clearance sales are final and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or use your preferred shipping method to our Clemson warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
